Thomas and me were recently invited to the wonderfully prestigious black tie event, the “Cateys” at Grosvenor house Hotel in London, along with a great personal friend, Jose Souto. Jose is a legend. He is Senior Larder Chef Lecturer at Westminster Kingsway College in London. We all had a fantastic night, the guests numbered 1300 people and I have to say that the food was very very good and beautifully put together.
The menu was devised by 2013 Menu of the Year Catey award winner, Gary Usher, Chef-Owner of the “Sticky Walnut” Restaurant in Chester, Check out www.stickywalnut.com
